Recent tank Q&Q certificates are available and acceptable to both sides

Selling tank is nominated (or will be) with clear identity

Tank is operationally free for transfer in the intended window

Commingling / residual stock / blend risk is addressed in the contract

Loss allowance and volume basis (e.g. 15°C / VCF) are defined

Origin and supporting docs are sufficient for buyer and any bank

Terminal procedures and constraints are known to the deal team

Independent inspector is agreed (or shortlisted) with clear Q&Q scope

Sampling procedure (composite/manual/auto) is agreed

Title transfer moment is explicit (e.g. after final Q&Q / tank ticket)

Risk of loss aligns with title and terminal rules

Payment instrument fits tank-to-tank logistics (not ocean B/L assumptions)

If LC/SBLC: wording is T2T-compatible (docs, presentation, no ship-only logic)

Counterparty / path is inside your compliance posture for this deal

Storage / delay cost if inspection or docs slip is allocated

Nomination / TSR (or equivalent) procedure is clear
